RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Thank you for shopping at Baserange. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it in. Your item must be in the original packaging.
TO PROCESS A RETURN:
Please use the included form to share your order details and reason for return.
Please affix the included return shipping label to the outside of the original packaging.
Please schedule a pick-up with your local DHL service or drop the package off at your nearest postal facility.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and we will notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
EXCHANGES
If you choose to echange an item, it must be returned in unwashed and unworn condition.
Please use the included form to indicate the reason for your exchange.
Please affix the included return shipping label to the outside of the original packaging.
Shipping for exchanges will be completely free.
