Laine Recyclée

Our recycled wool comes from a recycling factory close to our knitting mill in Occitania. The factory works with recycled wool made of used wool clothing from local charities. Making recycled wool requires the material to be sorted, and be broken up by a machine meaning no chemical, water or dye needs to be used.

Wool is the most recycled fiber and the first fiber to be recycled: the recycling of wool has been done since the 19th century. It has the potential to be recycled up to six times.
