Your order is shipped from France, but we're taking care of all tax and duties that may apply on the way to your country.
Prices are including all tax, vat and duties.
You will not be invoiced of any extra charge, when your parcel arrives.
In case you need to make a return, at your demand we will send you a pre-paid DHL return shipping label.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it in. Your item must be in the original packaging.
No return and No exchange on Archive products and Sale
To process a return
Please use the included form to share your order details and reason for return.
At your request we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to affix to the outside of the original packaging.
Please schedule a pick-up with your local DHL service or drop the package off at your nearest DHL facility.
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and we will notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you choose to exchange an item, it must be returned in unwashed and unworn condition.
At your demand we will send you a pre-paid DHL return shipping label, please affix it to the outside of the original packaging. Then drop your parcel at nearest DHL facility, or organize a DHL pick-up.
From now on item(s) you want to exchange will be automatically refund once received at our warehouse. We invite you to place a new order on our website directly.
