Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached. Your item must be in its original packaging. Underpants, swim pants, swimsuits, socks, sale and repair items are final sale.
The fee for the return will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. Original shipping costs are not refunded. The return fee covers the cost of unpacking, repackaging, restocking and helps us cover some of the shipping costs.
Online shopping has evolved and grown rapidly in recent years. It has become common to buy clothing to try it on, with a plan to return what doesn’t fit. A dressing room in the comfort of your home is convenient but it is also very problematic, as shipping creates air, water, and soil pollution. Bracketing – the act of buying products just to send them back – is a wasteful practice as the garments enter a reverse supply chain, making the environmental impact double.
On top of the direct environmental impacts of shipping, we have people sorting through returns, additional warehouse space dedicated to it and logistics to handle returns. This takes double the time for our warehouse. With regard to sustainability, we need to think beyond fibers. We encourage you to consider and reflect on this when making purchases.
To minimize the number of returns and their environmental impact here are some things you can do:
- Measure yourself and compare those measurements to our size charts.
- Consider the style, fit and color of the garment carefully
- Check if there are stockists near you, so you can try the fit of some of our products in person
- You can contact us with questions about products and sizing.
- You can return all your orders in one package, lessening the number of shipments
- Pick up and drop off your parcel at the drop-off point instead of scheduling a pick-up
To process a return
In case you need to make a return, we will send you a pre-paid DHL return shipping label, please affix it to the outside of the original packaging. Then drop your parcel at the nearest DHL facility or organize a DHL pick-up.
Please use the included form to share your order details and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
Items you want to exchange will be automatically refunded once received at our warehouse. We invite you to place a new order on our website directly.
The shipment cost of your replacement order is complimentary.

We are aware of and constantly learning about the environmental impact of shipping and understand that sometimes returning a product is necessary. To minimize the environmental impact of shipping, we never send garments to landfill. We sell or use all the garments returned to us, either repaired or in their original state. Items are delivered via standard delivery, which decreases carbon emissions by about 30%. Packages are sent in 100% recycled paper envelopes with no plastic, printed with graphics and thoughts from ongoing conversations. We hope you will co-create with us by making further use of the packaging via regifting it, storing documents, or sending packages.
