- Log into to your account and find the order in “Order history”.
- Click the three dots on the right and select "Request a return", or open the order and click on "Request a return" button on the top right.
- The eligible items are listed. Check the box for each item you’d like to return and select a reason for return.
- Once you’re done, the final button "Request a return" turns black. Click on this button to complete your request.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return or exchange. Once you have received your return label, you have 14 additional days to ship the item back. Unfortunately, items returned after this period are not eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging. Underpants, swim pants, swimsuits, socks, sale, and repair items are final sale. For a damaged sale item return request, please contact us directly via email.
