This website is operated by Baserange. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Baserange. Baserange offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. 

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

For orders shipped outside of France (excluding Australia and New Zealand, which are served via a dedicated regional website), Baserange partners with Global-e, an international e-commerce service provider. For these transactions, Global-e or one of its affiliated entities acts as Merchant of Record. This means Global-e is the legal seller of the products to the customer and processes payment, billing, duties, and fulfilment on Baserange's behalf. The applicable Global-e entity will be identified at checkout and on your invoice. These transactions are governed by Global-e's Terms of Sale, available at https://www.global-e.com/tos. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Global-e's Terms of Sale, Global-e's Terms of Sale shall prevail with respect to the sale transaction. These Terms remain applicable to matters relating to website use and brand ownership. 

Products are sold for personal use only. Resale is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 

All prices are displayed in your local currency, converted dynamically from our base price in euros. The way duties and taxes are handled depends on your delivery country. For Austria, Belgium, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, the displayed price is fully inclusive of all applicable duties and taxes and no additional charges will be required at checkout or upon delivery. For orders shipped to the United States and Canada, import duties are included in the displayed price; applicable sales tax (US) or provincial tax (Canada) will be calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order, and no additional charges will apply upon delivery. For orders shipped to Brazil, Colombia, and India, applicable duties and taxes are displayed and collected at checkout before order confirmation, and no additional charges will apply upon delivery. For all other destinations, applicable duties and taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout. You will be offered the option to pay them at checkout or to pay them directly to the carrier upon delivery. We recommend paying at checkout to guarantee a seamless delivery experience. 

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return. Once you have received your return label, you have 14 additional days to ship the item back. Items returned after this period are not eligible for a refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging. Underpants, swim pants, swimsuits, socks, sale, and repair items are final sale. Exchanges are not offered. If you would like a different size, colour, or style, please return the item and place a new order. Where Global-e acts as Merchant of Record, returns and refunds are processed in accordance with Global-e's Terms of Sale. 

Where Baserange acts as seller (orders shipped to France), customers benefit from the Legal Guarantee of Conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, valid for 2 years from delivery. Where Global-e acts as Merchant of Record, applicable consumer guarantees are governed by Global-e's Terms of Sale and applicable mandatory consumer law. Products remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received. 

Personal data is processed in accordance with Baserange's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. Where Global-e acts as Merchant of Record, certain personal data may be processed by Global-e in accordance with its own privacy policies. 

For orders shipped to France, these Terms are governed by French law. For international transactions where Global-e acts as Merchant of Record, governing law and dispute resolution are determined in accordance with Global-e's Terms of Sale. All content on this website, including text, images, trademarks and designs, is the exclusive property of Baserange. Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorisation is prohibited. 

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
