Can i modify my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can contact us to request a modification to the address or product. Unfortunately, if your order is already marked as shipped, it’s too late to modify.
What should I do if I receive a damaged/faulty package or item?
Sorry to hear that your package arrived damaged. Please send us photos of the damaged package so we can come to a resolution.
Can I exchange an item bought from one of your retailers?
Exchanges for purchases from our retailers aren’t possible; please contact the retailer directly.
How can I know if the product is the right size for me / Which size should I take?
All our products have a conversion chart of our sizes to EU, US, Australian, and Japanese sizes. We also have a size chart with the bust, waist and hip measurements corresponding to each size. You can find the size the model is wearing in the product description, alongside the model's height whenever available. Most of our products also have the garment measurements in the ‘Size chart’ tab on the product page. Measure yourself and compare those measurements to our charts. If you are still hesitant, you can check if there are stockists near you, so you can try the fit of some of our products in person.

Do I pay for the customs, taxes or tariffs applied to my order?
We take care of all taxes, customs and tariffs that may apply to your parcel. Our prices include all taxes, VAT and duties, so you do not have to take care of any extra costs.
