How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below

  • Log in to your account from the top right corner of the website
  • Open your order, click request return and select the item(s) you want to return
  • Submit your request and wait for our approval

Can I make an exchange?

Exchanges are not offered. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the item and place a new order.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you made a mistake, please reach out to cancel your current order and place a new one. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process.

What should I do if I receive a damaged / faulty package or item?

Sorry to hear that your package arrived damaged. Please send us photos of the damaged package so we can come to a resolution.

Can I exchange an item bought from one of your retailers?

Exchanges for purchases from our retailers aren’t possible; please contact the retailer directly.

How can I know if the product is the right size for me / Which size should I take?

All our products have a conversion chart of our sizes to EU, US, Australian, and Japanese sizes. We also have a size chart with the bust, waist and hip measurements corresponding to each size. You can find the size the model is wearing in the product description, alongside the model's height whenever available. Most of our products also have the garment measurements in the "Size chart" tab on the product page. Measure yourself and compare those measurements to our charts.

If you are still hesitant, you can check if there are stockists near you, so you can try the fit of some of our products in person.

Do I pay for the customs, taxes or tarifs applied to my order?

This depends on your delivery country and is clearly indicated at checkout before you confirm your order. 

Baserange ships internationally using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) term for most countries. This means duties and taxes are included in the price, no additional charges will be charged upon delivery. 

For orders shipped to the United States and Canada, duties are included in the price. Sales or provincial tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
