You Send Your Return From

  1. Click here to access our return portal.
    Enter your order number and your email address, postal code or phone number used for your order.
  2. The eligible items are listed. Select each item you’d like to return and select a reason for return.
  3. Review your refund and shipping details, then click "Submit return request" to complete your request. 
  4. You will receive your return label and return instructions by email.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return or exchange. Once you have received your return label, you have 14 additional days to ship the item back. Unfortunately, items returned after this period are not eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging. Underpants, swim pants, swimsuits, socks, sale, and repair items are final sale. For a damaged sale item return request, please contact us directly via email.
