VEJA x Baserange - New Capsule

The VEJA x Baserange collaboration continues with a new capsule, further exploring the relationship between the foot and its environment, and the materials we use. The sneaker is designed as a link between the foot and the ground, with an anatomical shape and thin sole for comfort and close contact with the earth beneath us.

The upper is made from Nolyn, VEJA’s reinterpretation of nylon, chosen for its lightness and flexibility. The panels combine suede with Mesclat, a fabric developed by Virgocoop in the Lot Valley, made from 55% Lacaune sheep wool and 45% organic French hemp.

The capsule comes in four colourways: Black and Amarante, returning from the first capsule, alongside two new shades, Walnut and Almond.

The sole combines Amazonian rubber, mineral silica and recycled rubber from used VEJA soles, giving discarded footwear a second life.
